Marvelous Counseling & Therapy, PLLC is credentialed and contracted by Texas Medicaid to provide home- and community-based mental health services. These services include mental health targeted case management, counseling/therapy, psychiatric evaluations, and medication management. Services are provided to clients who possess a wide range of chronic mental illnesses and have been determined via a uniform assessment process to be in need of case management, day program, counseling/therapy, and/or psychiatric services. 

Chronic mental illnesses may include a diagnosis of anxiety disorder, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, post-traumatic stress disorder, ADHD, and/or learning disabilities. Our programs are designed to assist clients in gaining access to medical, social, behavioral, and educational services. Our mental health rehabilitative services provide clients with assistance in maintaining or improving daily functioning. Mental health rehabilitative services may include medication training, support services, psychosocial rehabilitative services, skills training and development, and/or crisis intervention services. 

All services are provided in accordance with Texas Medicaid under contract with the Texas Health and Human Service Commission. We do not discriminate against anyone based on diagnosis. Our services do not include skilled nursing or Intermediate Care Facility (ICF) which may include feeding, toileting, physical mobility, ambulatory assistance, etc. The services provided by our team can be performed on-site, in school settings, and/or in the community.
